The company operates in a dynamic, high-growth sector and is well positioned for continued expansion and increased market share.
As part of a strategic growth plan, they are seeking an experienced and driven CFO to join the leadership team and support the business in achieving its long-term objectives.
Requirements Qualified Accountant – ACCA / ACA/ CIMA or equivalent Proven track record as a CFO or Senior Finance Executive within a Private Equity backed business Experience within a professional services business/similar model Expertise in scaling businesses with an understanding of operational challenges in such environments Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation
