Chief Financial Officer

Salary: to 110,000 plus 30% bonus, Car investment potential
Location: Hybrid - West Yorkshire
I'm looking for a highly commercial, ambitious, proactive Chief Financial Officer to add value to this growing, acquisitive, profitable manufacturing group of companies.
Current turnover is > 30m.

Responsibilities: Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the group.
Provide inspiring leadership to the internal finance team.
Act as a business partner across all areas of the organisation, driving improvements and efficiencies.
Challenge existing practices and ideas.
Lead on future acquisitions and integrations.
Requirements: Demonstrable experience in improving margins, creating pricing strategies, and using data to inform commercial decisions.
Experience in a multi-site, multi-entity group with complex legal structures.
Qualified accountant with experience in manufacturing and a track record of driving growth and improvement.
Previous cross-functional involvement, with Sales, Operations, Production, etc.
Strong strategic and commercial skills with the ability to influence senior colleagues and communicate complex financial issues effectively.
You must be located in the North of England/Midlands (M6/M1/M62 corridor) with access to the company's head office in West Yorkshire.
This is a hybrid working role, with an expectation that you will be in the office, or one of the sites, at least three days per week.
