Finatal is seeking an experienced CFO to join a dynamic, private equity backed International technology business.
Currently, the business is operating at £20m and £3.5m EBIDTA.
The CFO will have a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy and drive the long-term success of an exciting, fast-growing business.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced financial leader within a PE backed environment.
You'll work closely with the CEO and stakeholders to support the company's ambitious growth objectives.
You'll lead the finance function with a focus on optimising profitability, driving financial performance, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key requirements: Proven experience in a finance leadership role including CFO or senior finance executiveDemonstrated ability working alongside Private Equity in a growth environmentExperience within one of the following sectors is desirable - advertising, digital media, or technologyStrong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standardsExcellent analytical skills with a strategic mindsetExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and technical data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholdersInternational experienceProfessionalization of finance functionMust be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) J-18808-Ljbffr
