As we continue to expand our portfolio and reach, we are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations.
Position Summary The Chief Financial Officer will play a key leadership role in driving the company's financial strategy, business planning, and operational growth as we scale.
The CFO will oversee cash flow management, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), fundraising, investor relations, and potential future public offerings.
This is a highly visible role requiring strategic acumen, industry expertise, and strong relationships with financial institutions and investors.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy & Leadership Lead the development and execution of the financial strategy in alignment with company goals.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive team on financial planning, business operations, and corporate strategy.
Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to ensure robust financial health and to support company growth and profitability.
Cash Flow & Financial Operations Manage and optimize company cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs and investment objectives.
Establish and monitor key financial KPIs, ensuring accurate forecasting, cash management, and capital allocation.
Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Drive the company's financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts, supporting strategic decision-making with detailed analyses, financial modeling, and projections.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess business performance and investment opportunities, providing insight into risks and opportunities.
Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, refining forecasts based on current performance and market conditions.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Oversee due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration processes for potential acquisitions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on transaction structure, funding strategies, and integration planning.
Fundraising & Investor Relations Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders.
Prepare investor presentations, quarterly and annual reports, and press releases to communicate financial performance and strategic vision.
Potential Public Offering (IPO) Prepare the company for a potential initial public offering (IPO) in coordination with legal, compliance, and operational teams.
Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Experience : 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors.
Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape/industry.
Fundraising & M&A : Proven track record of leading successful capital raises and M&A transactions.
IPO Readiness : Experience in public company reporting and knowledge of IPO processes and requirements.
Investor Relations : Skilled in investor relations, with a network of industry contacts and experience in preparing investor materials.
Skills & Competencies Strategic Leadership : Ability to balance strategic and operational finance, with a forward-thinking approach to business and financial planning.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and persuasively.

Working Conditions This is a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time and travel to the headquarters or other locations as needed.
