Chief Financial Officer (Cfo)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic and innovative team.
The CFO will be a key player in the company's financial future, leading a small finance team, and establishing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes.
This role is pivotal in preparing the business for a successful exit after the first year, and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
The CFO will also be expected to maintain strong relationships with private equity partners and other key stakeholders, and to ensure that the company's financial aspects are optimized for a successful transaction.
