What is the role? We are looking for an experienced leader to drive our Digital strategy through a marketing lens to meet the Company objectives and support the Club to drive revenue growth.
What will you be doing? This role involves driving digital transformation for Southampton Football Club and the Sport Republic Group, including enhancing the Saints App and creating strategies to expand our fanbase across local, national, and international markets.
You'll collaborate closely with the wider commercial teams to develop revenue-generating initiatives, optimise retail operations, and grow our newly formed Creative Design Studio. Additionally, you'll work closely with our CEO and Ownership Board to create and produce our digital strategy across other football clubs. This role will also oversee our content and production team, providing clear direction and creative input.
Budget management and maximising ROI will be key, along with a commitment to team development through mentoring, performance reviews, and ongoing support. This is a new role and may evolve as the needs of the Club change.
