Lead Chemistry Teacher - Milton Keynes - One Year Contract Teaching Personnel are working with a highly regarded secondary school in Milton Keynes in search of Lead Chemistry Teacher on a one-year contract starting as soon as possible.
About the Role: You will be responsible for leading and developing the Chemistry department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across all year groups.
You will play a key role in curriculum development and assessment, ensuring that students achieve their full potential.
You will provide high-quality teaching and support to students of all abilities.
You will be responsible for the professional development of other Chemistry teachers within the department.
About You: You will be a qualified teacher of Chemistry with QTS.
You will have experience of teaching Chemistry at KS3, KS4 and ideally KS5.
You will have excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
You will be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be committed to raising student achievement.
