An opportunity is available for a Senior Sous Chef to join this upmarket Cafe/Bistro in the heart of Harrogate town centre.

As Senior Sous Chef, you will constitute the active link between restaurant and customers which is such a crucial and responsibility-laden part of their operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Good punctuality is essential as we are a busy space.
* To present dishes in accordance with the menu details and direction of our head Chef
* To be aware of allergens and intolerances and to act appropriately when presented with these situations as directed by your manager
* To store food correctly as directed by your manager and health and safety regulations
* To ensure than no food is left unrefrigerated for more than four hours, as outlined by the law, when applicable
* To label all foods correctly, as in accordance to health and hygiene regulations
