We are hiring talented Chefs, all ranges for a Fine Dining Restaurant in Barnstaple.
Offering guests a high end dining experience along side their more relaxed lounge area.
We are looking for a Chef de partie with a min 2 years experience , designing and preparing high-end food.
We're looking for a creative individual who is willing to participate in creating seasonal menus and designing new dishes.
The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef in both culinary and administrative tasks while communicating with the General Manager.
We're looking for a professionals who are dedicated to food quality and sets high standards for their output.
This establishment is looking for a dedicated Chef who is willing to learn and develop their career further.
As Chef de Partie you will be working within a team of (4) Chefs, working on your own section in the kitchen you will report to the Head Chef.
With a very busy evening and weekend trade you must be prepared to work in a fast paced environment.
What we need from you?

- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
- Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
- Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
