This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who values high-quality, sustainable ingredients and is eager to develop in a professional production environment.
You will work with estate-grown produce and handle high-quality meat reared and processed on-site through our butchery.
The Estate Kitchen creates food such as stocks and sauces for use across our restaurants and will be producing ready-to-eat meals for sale through our e-commerce business.
Responsibilities include prepping vegetables, accurately weighing ingredients, preparing items for processing in our state-of-the-art facility, and packing ingredients for dispatch across the estate.
You'll also assemble products in retail format and plate completed items ready for consumption by our guests, contributing to an exceptional experience across The Newt's world-class restaurants.
