What you'll be doing You will be managing a team of Chefs across the kitchens on site.
You will be responsible for all Chefs/Back of house team members.
Team rotas, processing payroll and staff training Placing orders and managing stock and wastage Preparing menus for functions and other special events Using Aramark systems (OPX, Aratrade, Myworklife etc) Overseeing production throughout Completing your daily checks and paperwork efficiently Ensure all recipes / specs are followed You will support the culinary team in the delivery of great food Prepare and cook a variety of food following recipe cards Ensure food is correctly stored according to food safety policies and guidelines Ensure all staff training is up to date and daily duties are delegated.
Qualifications: A DBS check will be required to complete your application Previous management experience (at least 3 years) and cheffing experience essential (NVQ level 3 or equivalent) Previous experience managing a kitchen and large team.
Be a confident chef and leader Experience in our systems is desirable however training will be given to the successful candidate
