The venue offered a popular pre-show dining menu in the informal café bar setting of our second performance space Stage 2 from 2007 until the Covid-19 pandemic forced the closure of the food offer in 2020.
With audiences back to pre-pandemic levels we are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Chef Manager to build a new team and dining offer to complement and support our activities.
Following a market assessment from an experienced catering consultancy we anticipate this offer to be based around a quality pizza offer in the venue that could develop into providing catering for festivals and other events.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, financial profitability and exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
You will be leading a team to deliver consistently high standards of service front-of-house, supervising and delivering in the kitchen, managing supplier relations and budgeting, planning menus and preparing high quality food for audiences, artists and crew.
