We are looking for Chef Managers to lead one of our school catering teams.
The position will be responsible for unit; providing a catering service for breakfast, lunch and supper, plus small amount of hospitality [Lunchtime service is approx.
400 pupils] managing the team of 10 individuals, maintaining stock control, planning menus and any additional hospitality requirements.
The ideal candidate will have proven craft and management skills, a real passion for fresh food and previous client liaison experience.
Ideally qualified to NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary.
