Job Role: Deputy Chef Manager Location: North West London Sector: Contract Catering Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 We are looking for a Chef Manager for a small site in North West London, this is a 6/7 day site and your core days would be Monday to Friday but flexibility will be required as weekends are needed and split with the Chef Manager.
This is a 40 hour contract so you have the option of doing a 6th day paid as overtime or having another day off during the week.

You will work in a team of 4 in the kitchen and within a overall team of 7.
You will cater for up to 300 on a daily basis.
There is a Hot Meat Option and Veg/Vegan at lunch as well as Salad Bar.
The Deputy Chef Manager will need experience in ordering, H&S and good knowledge of Allergens, Also you will assist with stock takes.
The working hours will be 6am to 2pm or 7.30am to 4pm on a rotating shift pattern so you must be flexible and be able to travel to NW London for a 6am start There is no parking available on site but space for Motorbikes or Bicycles, the nearest tube is around a 10 minute walk away We are looking for a Deputy Chef Manager who is experienced in leading small teams and confident in running the kitchen operation.
A background in contract catering is preferred but not essential This is a lovely little site for a Deputy Chef Manager to take on in a prestigious location.
At present you will also be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen along with your front of house team member who also supports with this.
There is a front of house manager.
