Job Title: Chef Company: Chinatown Bakery Limited Address: 72 High Street, London Colney, St Albans, Herefordshire, AL2 1QN Salary: £38,700.00 per annum Our company has expanded our business and opened a warehouse in Herefordshire to increase and quality and quantities of our oriental food products.
Job Duties: 1.
Select the best ingredients, and prepare, season and cook food products on daily basis 2.
Supervises, organises and instructs kitchen staff and manages the kitchen or an area of the kitchen 3.
Ensures relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen 4.
Organise and able to meet deadlines and work to a schedule/plan 5.
Introduction and implementation of changes in kitchen and provide training to junior kitchen staff 6.
Work with Bakery Chefs to create new food products to meet market demand and keep up with the trend in modern cooking 7.
Work with Bakery Chefs in the production of baked products and produce in high volume 8.
Work as part of the team to ensure that food products are prepared in line with recipe, quality requirements and standards, and are to a high quality consistently every day in line with customer orders.

Adhere to and ensure all staff are complying to company policy and procedures Skill Required: 1.
Strong and good knowledge in oriental cooking and gourmet experiences 2. good experience in bakery, oriental bakery skills is highly preferable 3.
