This 120 Bedroom Victorian Hotel is centrally located in the heart of Southport on the main Promenade and just a short walk to the nearby shops, train station and Southport Beach.

Your duties will include: Overseeing the kitchen team and ensuring meals are prepared and served to a high standard.
Planning and organising menus.
Maintaining hygiene standards within the kitchen Placing orders and managing deliveries and stock levels effectively.
The successful candidate will have kitchen experience and is looking to take more of a leading role within the kitchen.
You must have superb attention and be available to work various shifts.
