Chef £26,000 - £28,000 per annum Location: Birmingham Business Park Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality dishes from our menu, ensuring timely service and an appealing presentation.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Supervise, motivate, and inspire kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
Collaborate with the management team to create fresh, healthy, and innovative menus.
Contribute to menu pricing and cost management.
Ensure dishes are prepared according to menu specifications, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Offer input on kitchen design and improvements as needed.
Maintain top-tier hygiene standards, striving for a consistent 5* rating in food safety.
Keep accurate records, including food hygiene documentation, staff timesheets, and inventory.
Manage stock levels, control wastage, and work to minimise food waste.
Monitor and order food supplies to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
