Cook/Chefs (Temp) Hourly Salary: £15.50 Location: Greater Belfast Area Job Type: Various (Full-time & Part-time) We are actively seeking passionate agency Cooks/Chefs to join our culinary teams across a diverse range of establishments in the Greater Belfast Area.
This includes opportunities in hotels, restaurants, pubs, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and contract catering sites.
Day to Day of the role: You will be responsible for preparing and serving food and drinks, using the proper equipment and following the recipes and instructions.
You will also be in charge of setting up and cleaning the dining area, the kitchen, and the equipment, following the hygiene and safety standards.
You will help with the promotion of the meals service and work in the tills, handling cash and payments.
You will record the temperatures of the food and equipment as required and secure the premises when needed.
You will follow the relevant laws, regulations, and codes of practice that apply to your job.
You will perform any other duties related to the service provision as assigned by your supervisor.
You will work in a professional and courteous manner with your colleagues, students, and staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications: A passion for food and hospitality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different kitchen settings.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a kitchen environment.
