This kitchen is busy all day, they cook eveything fresh and has a great standard.
The role the chef de partie will run a section in the kitchen, cooking fresh food at a great standard.
you will do the prep for your fridge, ensure your fridge is ready for service and cook in service.
you will ensure the food hitting the pass is to a great standard.
