An experienced Chef de Partie / Sous Chef is needed to join our team at The Curious Cat, a leading traditional Country Pub based in Herne Common on a full-time basis.
The Curious Cat is a small but mighty family-run business proud to have earned an excellent reputation.
Our kitchen is well-equipped and organised and boasts a 5-star hygiene rating.
The selected candidate must be able to work 45-50 hours per week and maintain good personal hygiene.
You can earn cash tips averaging £50-£80 per week.

Key Responsibilities: Preparing salads, sauces, side dishes, starters, and desserts Maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation Provide assistance to the Head Chef in all aspects of running the kitchen Helping with the management of kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment Assisting in the planning and creation of menus Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen Well-organised and with the ability to work well under pressure Required Skills: Knowledge of working with fresh ingredients Experience in cooking fresh fish, meat and vegetables Sounds interesting?
