Our Pearly Cow restaurant is devoted to respecting what thrives nearby – the herds, breeds, crops, and catches that sum up the area's flavour.
The produce of land and sea we source is strictly the best.
The Job Taking the lead in your own section, you'll be responsible for preparing, cooking and plating a variety of dishes showcasing our amazing restaurant and hotel.
