**WE ARE THE AA SMALL HOTEL GROUP OF THE YEAR (2024-2025)**What youll be doing?As Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for managing a section - preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality rosette standard food.Youll use your passion, innovation and current trends to create new dishes alongside the Head Chef and support/mentor any Commis Chefs and Apprentices working alongside you.
