The hotel sits in 12 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire countryside and has two restaurants and two bars on site, including a new Pan Asian restaurant as well as a busy conference and banqueting department.
The Person The Chef de Partie will have experience of the following: Have experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in either 4 or 5 star hotel or equivalent level restaurant A team player who is willing to work hard to get the best results High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
