This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Executive and Head Chef.
Working pattern: Shift work / Monday to Sunday / 5 days per week with 2 days off / rotas are done on a weekly basis.
Salary: Up to £30k including service charge We are looking for someone who has a strong background in a culinary environment, either as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef with over 2 years experience.
A skilled professional with the ability to oversee specific kitchen sections and with a proven track record of upholding the highest standards of culinary excellence and contributing to the overall success of the dining experience.
As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for: ensuring guests are always receiving an exceptional dining experience working with Head Chef to plan creative menu and correct food preparation ensuring that all food items are prepared as per standard recipe cards maintaining portion control and minimizing waste checking the food stock levels within the culinary department areas checking quantity and quality in relevance to the hotel occupancy supervising Chefs and Kitchen Porters and their activities within the kitchen training team members on RCH culinary standards and inspire team members to produce imaginative TNTs, thus creating a memorable guest experience Red Carnation Hotel Collection is a family-owned hotelier business with 18 stunning properties all over the world.
