The Person The ideal Chef De Partie will have the following: Experience as a Chef De Partie in professional kitchen environment.
rosette or Michelin experience preferred.
The passion and drive to succeed and push boundaries.
A keen eye for detail and precision cooking Genuine desire to serve guests great food at a superb level.
Live locally or have own transport.
