Salary & Benefits Salary package worth £36k (Basic 32k + tips) 48 hours - 4 day working week - 3 days off Live in available Holidays, Meals & Benefits Work in a modern kitchen The Role Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef Input into menu ideas for the bar and restaurant Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels The Person You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator Highly motivated and focused.
