Job Description We are seeking talented and motivated Chef de Partie professionals to join the catering team at Radley College , a prestigious boarding school.
In this role, you will prepare high-quality meals for students and staff, contributing to both daily service and special events.
Working as part of a dedicated team of 14 chefs, you will balance speed, efficiency, and creativity to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume catering environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and best practices in hygiene and safety.
Creativity and flair for producing high-quality dishes, with the ability to adapt to both large-scale catering and hospitality needs.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to thrive in a busy kitchen.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
A relevant culinary qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) is preferred but not essential if supported by strong experience.
Flexibility to work a 5/7 shift pattern and reliable transportation due to location.
