As our next Chef de Partie you Show a passion and creativity for food ingredients and flavours.
Lead the team in preparing and presenting highquality dishes with pride and precision.
Are responsible for running a section and supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
Are confident in managing training and passing on your knowledge to the team.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
  Understanding things from our guests perspective is key so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a onenight stay for you to experience this first hand.

Set amongst 3 acres of private gardens and only 2 miles from Oxford city centre Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House Hotel is a beautiful country manor in the picturesque village of Iffley.
A total of 77 rooms all ensuite are divided between two buildings each with an entirely different character.
