Chef De Partie

You will be responsible for your own section as well as supporting your team.
Loudons is a family run business with 2 busy city centre restaurants.
We are continuing to grow and are now looking to hire a Chef de Partie to keep up with demand Do you want a work, life balance ?
Do you want every even ing to yourself ?
Our shifts are between 7am 5pm & our chefs work 40/45 hours per week.
We have a position available at our Fountainbridge & New Waverley restaurants and, if possible, would like the successful candidate to start immediately.
The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year kitchen experience and can work independently but also as part of a fast-paced team .
