About the Role: Our client, a renowned and luxurious hotel in Luton, is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join their esteemed culinary team.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, following recipes and guidelines.
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the development of new menu items.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
Food Safety Certificate Level 2 Allergens certificate Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Creativity and passion for food.
