An opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join the team at one of Huntingdons most popular venues.
The Venue is a rural complex renowned for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and friendly service.
It offers guests a farm to plate ethos and prides itself on supplying the restaurant and farm shop with much of its own produce.
You as the Chef de Partie will have/be Previous experience in a busy restaurant.
Excellent communication skills.
A natural calmness and work well under pressure.
Experience in running multiple sections.
Experienced on a grill section.
Organised and on top of cleanliness and hygiene.
A flexible approach and a friendly, professional attitude.
Consistent and accurate with Meat Temperatures.
Can react and adapt to challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
Will have all the necessary attributes of a fantastic Chef de Partie An eye for detail A professional appearance Stamina Skill The reason for this, is that our Chef de Partie will be responsible for: Running your own section within the kitchen.
Assisting Senior Chefs throughout service .
Food Preparation / mise-en-place.
Motivating , mentoring and training junior Chefs.
Stock Control and Ordering for your section.
