Excellent Chef de Partie Opportunity at Popular Country Pub & Restaurant A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Royston for a Chef de Partie to work in their popular pub and restaurant.
The kitchen prepares meals for lunch and dinner service using all fresh locally sourced produce.
You will work for an experienced Head Chef who can offer support and training.
Due to location you will need your own transport.
Salary & Benefits Salary worth up to £30k Tips worth up to £4-5k 45 hour week - all hours paid Career development Meals, uniform 3 nights off per week The Role Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef Kitchen Management duties Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels The Person You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator Highly motivated and focused.
