Our client, based near Farnborough, Surrey, is a bespoke caterer preparing and cooking high quality food for VIP Clients.
They are currently looking for a Chef De Partie to join their expanding team.
This position is unique as no two days are the same.
They are not an everyday kitchen, and the successful applicant will have to show creative skills in a variety of culinary fields and be able to use their initiative to grasp new techniques.
The ability to think on your feet and work under pressure is a must.
Good food knowledge and quality experience.
You will have at least NVQ Level 2 in food preparation and cooking.
A basic food hygiene certificate is beneficial, but training will be provided.
You will be joining a family run business and enjoying being part of a small team is essential.

You must: -Previous experience to Chef de Partie level with a varied catering background -Have excellent communication skills, orally and written -Have great attention to detail -Be able to work in a team or individually -Be capable of working under pressure with time-constraints -Have good knowledge of food safety regulations -Be able to multi-task -Be flexible -A full driving licence essential This Chef de partie position offers day shifts 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis including alternate weekends.
There are 2 shift patterns - 6am-2pm and 10am-6pm with a degree of flexibility.
This Chef de partie role offers an excellent salary plus 28 days holiday per year including bank holidays, as well as Christmas and Boxing day off.
