Margo - a new restaurant from Scottish restaurant group, Scoop (Ox and Finch, Ka Pao) - is now open in Glasgow, bringing a new drinking and dining spot to the city centre.
We are recruiting now for talented Chefs de Partie to join our team.
Located at 68 Miller Street, Margo will be open 7 days, for lunch and dinner.
Our brand-new state of the art kitchen is open to the restaurant which will seat 138 diners.
We will serve a menu of snacks, small plates and larger sharing dishes cooked over fire, highlighting produce sourced from the finest growers and makers.
The menu will evolve regularly, with a focus on seasonality, Scottish seafood, meat butchered in-house, and bread and pasta made from scratch.
Margo will offer Scoops most comprehensive wine list to date, with classic fine wines sitting alongside natural and biodynamic bottles from small, independent producers, as well as a cocktail list designed to complement the food.
