CHEF DE PARTIE (Various sections, including Mains/Pasta) - OSTERIA DEL MARE new restaurant opening Contract type: full-time permanent (48 hrs per week) Salary: £33,442.00 Per Annum (Dependent on Experience) (£2300 NET monthly) We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Parties (Pasta/Main/Grill) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be knowledgeable in all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, sanitation, and safety.
The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of different cooking techniques, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to effectively communicate with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Must be eligible to work in UK and already in London.
Responsibilities: ?
Prepare and cook dishes to high standards in the assigned section (pasta, mains, or grill).

Ensure consistent food quality and presentation for all dishes.
?
Manage and maintain stock levels, ensuring freshness and availability of ingredients.
?
Adhere to kitchen safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
?
Train and mentor junior staff within the section.
?
Collaborate with other kitchen stations to ensure smooth service.
?
Monitor portion control and minimise waste.

Requirements: ?
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-end restaurant.
?
Expertise in cooking pasta, mains, or grill dishes, with a strong understanding of Italian cuisine.
?
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high food quality and consistency.
?
Solid understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
?
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
?
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
?
Passion for learning new techniques and contributing to menu development.
?
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
