We are seeking an outstanding Chef de Partie to join our team at Josephine Bouchon; renowned for its traditional Lyonnaise cuisine and exceptional service in the heart of Chelsea.
In this pivotal role, you will support the brigade with the daily duties of the whole kitchen department, preparing and presenting dishes consistently to the highest standard.Thisis a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef who wants to develop their career in a quality-driven kitchen.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and organise designated sections prior to each shift, ensuring all required ingredients are prepared and ready for service.
Produce the highest quality food on a consistent basis, following the recipes and maintaining the food costs set by the company at all times.
Ensure a first-in-first-out rotation system and check all food is correctly dated and labelled.
Record waste, stock holding, and raise any food cost concerns.
Ensure all work areas are kept clean and tidy and completely cleaned at the end of each shift.
Maintain safe hygiene practices at all times, including personal appearance standards.
Qualifications: Previous proven experience in a similar role and/or establishments.
Result-oriented and courteous, with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
