As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for: The preparation and service of food within the Claridges ArtSpace Café working alongside the Junior Sous Chef.
Manage and support a team of Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties on the section.
Ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.
Working with and supporting Chef de Parties, Demi Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs.
Ensuring that the kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy.
Appropriate mise-en-place, stock rotation and portion control.
Successful candidates for our Chef de Partie opportunity will: Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridges and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
Experience as a Chef de Partie or higher in a fast-paced kitchen environment Hotel experience would be beneficial however not essential You will have a passion for food and quality products, and be a team player who is an avid learner who wants to be challenged and developed.
