The Chef de Partie must be able to follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the restaurant while coordinating the delivery of all foods within preset time standards.
Assistance with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, coolers, and all storage areas is required.
As a Chef de Partie we would love you to have: - Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or higher.
