Excellent Chef de Partie role available at this prestigious College Our prestigious college client is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join their team in Cambridge.
They are looking for a Chef de Partie who has experience of working in a busy hotel kitchen or restaurant with a good knowledge of quality fine dining.
The college need a well organised candidate that can manage junior staff and have responsibilities for due diligence, allergens, ordering and cash handling.
