Chef De Partie

I am recruiting for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the team at my clients amazing restaurant in Belfast.
You will need to amaze the guests of the establishment with excellent cooking according to the Head Chefs recipes and specifications.

Job Details: Full-time, Contract 4 days on, 3 days off 2 weeks off at Christmas 2 weeks off in July, 1 weeks off for Easter As an ideal candidate, you should have a strong background in cooking and a genuine passion for awesome dishes.
Your commitment to upholding health and safety standards is crucial to ensuring the highest quality of service to clients.
Responsibilities Preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues Ensuring adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations Preparing ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
Follow the guidance of the Head or Sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes Put effort in optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and quality Enforce strict health and hygiene standards Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation Requirements and skills Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Knowledge of best cooking practices Culinary school qualification If you think this is the role for you, then either respond to this advert or email me your CV at paul.newman@ baxendalemason.co.uk AMRT1_UKCT
