Chef De Partie

Chef De Partie Salary: £33,861 I am looking for a Chef de Partie for a private education sector to complement the existing team in all areas of the kitchen.
The post is responsible to the Head Chef.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in all areas of the kitchen.
Ensure high volume and quality catering.
Work well as part of a team and independently.
Qualifications: Significant experience in high volume and quality catering.
City and Guilds 7061 2 or equivalent professional qualifications.
This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious chef who loves food and has a great sense of fun.
The food is of extremely high quality, Rosette standard, serving up to 250 per sitting, with a maximum of 1200 in a day.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, including 1 weekend in 2, sometimes 3.
Straight shifts, with the latest finish around 7:30pm unless a function is on.
