Your duties and responsibilities will include : Responsibility of day to day management of various kithcen sections working closely with the Head chef to drive the food forward and help create new dishes All aspects of health & safety In order to be considered, applicants must: Currently be at Chef de partie level within a restaurant, foodie pub environment or even contract catering - a genuine interest is welcome Love great food and good service!
