Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring all prep and service tasks are completed efficiently.
Collaborate on menu ideas and help introduce fresh, seasonal dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
Monitor inventory and manage orders as required.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality kitchen.
Passion for British cuisine and a flair for using local, seasonal ingredients.
Strong work ethic, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
