We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with a flair for culinary creativity.
Salary is £38k+ plus 30 days holiday, health plan, pension and other benefits.
This is a role in a workplace catering environment, daytime only.
Shifts are Sunday to Thursday.
Duties You and your team will be producing grab and go items, high-quality bespoke hospitality breakfast and lunches ,and event menu's for our clients all across London. You will oversee daily operations in our central production kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. Create innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Assist in training new team members on culinary techniques and kitchen protocols. Experience Proven experience as a Production or Hospitality Chef in a similar hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. A passion for culinary arts and staying updated on industry trends.
