As well as recent or up-to-date experience gained in the kitchen, you'll also have: Extensive, relevant vocational experience within a hig-end establishment (Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie) Experience of preparing, cooking and finishing a substantial range of fresh and seasonal dishes NVQ level 2 or 3 in professional cookery Experience of working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent) Giving back to you – our Group Benefits 25 days holiday rising with service and your birthday off.
