Main duties of the job The Bank Chef will assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavoursome, and well-balanced menus, while working closely with residents to tailor the menus to their preferences.
Responsibilities include managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, working with fresh produce to deliver high-quality and wholesome dishes, helping to create a warm and efficient environment, and managing stock control.
The successful candidate will also be required to complete regular audits and assist in leading and motivating the team.
