We have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Estates Surveyor to join the Estate Management and Valuation services team located in Exeter ideally on a full time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Role: You will be responsible for the negotiation and completion of property transactions ie sales, acquisitions, leases, licences, easements, wayleaves; rent reviews; valuations, including Local Authority Asset Valuations; rating appeals; and general estate management work.
You will be required to support the development and growth of the Estates Surveying department as new clients in both the public and private sector are secured.
Ideal Skills and Experience: Our successful candidate will have extensive previous experience within a similar role, either in the public or private sector, supported by: we are ideally looking for an experienced General Practice Surveyor with at least 5 years PQE.
Professional Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and bachelors degree or equivalent in a Real Estates discipline.
RICS Registered Valuer.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with all levels of internal and external parties.
Ability to work independently with minimal support or within a large multi-disciplinary team.
