You are a seasoned Chartered Surveyor (FRICS or MRICS) with:
Proven experience: Managing complex residential property portfolios.

Deep knowledge: Residential property, including transactions, valuations, and construction methods.

Senior level experience: In private practice or on the client side, with a focus on residential property.

Strong leadership skills: Able to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Exceptional communication skills: Confidently presenting complex information to diverse audiences.
