Alpine Surveys are excited to offer a new vacancy for an additional enthusiastic Chartered Building Surveyor to join our growing team.
The surveyor must have  excellent and proven experience  in detecting building defects and deterioration and have a sound knowledge regarding the effects deterioration and defects will have on a building.

The surveys to be undertaken include: RICS Level 1, 2 & 3 Surveys Disrepair Surveys General Building condition surveys Homebuyer's surveys Alpine Surveys are a very much recognised and growing consultancy, that specialise in accurately resolving issues in properties of all ages.
We provide Structural Surveys, Building Condition Surveys, Thermal Imaging Surveys, Party Wall Surveys and Aerial Surveys.
Our customer feedback and references on internet systems detail our success and level of professionalism and accuracy.
We are looking for a Surveyor suitably based to cover Berkshire and West of Greater London.
There will obviously be driving involved to the survey locations, and we are seeking a flexible person to cover the surveys required (maximum two per day).
On site training will be provided to introduce our reporting systems, in order to ensure company consistency with surveying techniques and report production.
Responsibilities: The undertaking of accurate Surveys (mainly domestic properties) Excellent report writing whilst utilising our in house survey app.
Professional and courteous image towards our clients Be flexible and keen to work with and support our growing team Requirements : Must be Chartered MRICS (Associate RICS will be considered) At least 5 years building surveying experience Able to work without supervision with excellent organisational  skills Full clean driving licence An up to date DBS check will be required In return we are offering the chance to work in our professional and friendly team, and we are looking to offer the following package for the right candidates: Salary between  £45,000 to £60,000 (dependent  on experience and qualifications) 25 days holiday per year Holiday trading Car allowance plus business mileage Company contributed pension scheme Life insurance Private medical insurance Private dental cover Gym membership contribution Professional fees paid APC support where required Home Based Provision of the latest survey equipment We ask that initially all interested Surveyors forward an updated CV or call our office on  0330 333 9238
