TSA Surveying is representing a leading independent firm of Built Asset consultants seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Leeds office.

Despite its size, the Leeds office, established three years ago, currently consists of three building surveyors, offering you a pivotal role with significant opportunities for growth as they expand the team.
You will work primarily with commercial clients, including financial institutions, The Crown Estate, and private companies such as Tesco, Superdrug, and Amazon.
The consultancy advises developers, investors, owners, and occupiers on maximising property asset values.
Key responsibilities include PPM surveys, Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations, Pre-acquisition surveys, and Contract Administration, with a focus on survey work.
